    Find Your Niche & Identify Your Ideal Client

    This foundational module is where the core of your design business begins and is a frequently overlooked step in the process of building a successful business. Interior design is a saturated field and standing out from the crowd doesn’t just mean being a skillful designer. It means having specificity to your practice and serving a very distinct population. In this module you’ll learn to not only discover yourself on a deeper level but will become crystal clear about what you do and who you serve.
  • Week 2

    Define Your Brand and Select Your Services

    This module is all about definition. With your niche and ideal client discovered, you will further define your presence in the interior design world by establishing a distinct style and brand aesthetic before choosing which services are most reflective of your niche, ideal client, lifestyle aspirations and financial goals.
  • Week 3

    Define Service Structure, Price & Establish Payment Schedule

    Your foundation is set, time to build upon it in Module 3! Selecting services isn’t enough. Designers who thrive need a set, repeatable process with clearly defined steps & timelines. In this module you will learn how to create a process that is both unique to your business but also informed by years of expertise. This module will encompass both backend and client-facing processes, pricing structure & invoice scheduling to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved so that you can lead with confidence.
  • Week 4

    Administrative Prep

    Now that you are among the most organized and business-savvy interior designers its time to prepare all backend and client-facing paperwork and emails. Don’t worry, this won’t be painful. Foyr has done the work for you, with easy to edit templates to cover every step of the services you built in Module 3, preparing for your next IDEAL client is a breeze.
    • Client email drafts for every step of the process – consistent communication is important to luxury clients, but you should never waste time reinventing the wheel

    Marketing to Your Ideal Client

    You know how they say you need to work on yourself before you can attract the right people? Well, you’ve done the work and you are ready to attract your ideal client! But not every ideal client lives on Instagram (or any social media for that matter). In this module you will learn how to show up (both virtually and in person) where your Ideal Client spends time, learn strategic marketing campaigns from the inside-out and create a clear system for marketing to your niche.
  • Week 6

    Scaling Your Business/CEO Mindset

    Congratulations! You’ve put in the work and discovered exactly who you are, who you serve and what you do best. You defined your brand and services before compiling all the administrative needs to manage your business. Lastly, you took all this new knowledge and organization and applied it to marketing your newly minted design business to the RIGHT clientele. In Module 6, it’s time to level up once more so you can truly thrive and create a sustainable design practice. Here, you’ll transition from worker bee to QUEEN bee and step into your role as CEO. You’ll define clear goals with actionable steps, learn best hiring practices and how to lead a team, how to delegate and automate processes and set clear annual growth and revenue goals with actionable steps month on month.
